SUGAR AIN’T SWEET ACADEMY PAYMENT TERMS AND NO REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

This Payment Terms and No Refund Policy ("Agreement") governs all transactions for products and memberships associated with the Sugar Ain’t Sweet Academy ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By purchasing or subscribing to any of the programs or services listed below, the customer ("You," "Your," or "Client") agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. PRODUCTS COVERED

This Agreement applies to the following products and services offered by the Company:

$397 one-time enrollment fee + $67/month (monthly begins after 42 days) Please note: This pricing option is no longer offered. Terms apply only to clients who purchased at this rate prior to January 9, 2025. No refunds will be issued for prior purchases.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 One-Time Enrollment Fee

Clients enrolling in the Sugar Ain’t Sweet Academy with the $397 program option shall be charged a one-time, non-refundable fee of $397, due immediately upon enrollment.

2.2 Initial Access Period

The $397 program includes an initial program period of forty-two (42) days, during which no additional fees will be charged.

2.3 Recurring Membership Fees

Upon conclusion of the initial forty-two (42) day period, Clients shall automatically be enrolled in a recurring monthly membership at a rate of $67 per month to receive continued support services and resources. Charges will continue monthly until canceled by the Client in accordance with Section 4. Client will receive email notification about upcoming subscription renewal.

The timing of your first $67 monthly payment depends on your enrollment date, not your program start date. While you pay $397 on your enrollment date, your 6-week (42-day) program officially begins on the following Monday. Your first $67 monthly charge will be processed exactly 42 days after your enrollment date, not your program start date. This means if you enroll several days before your program begins, your first monthly payment may be due before you've completed a full 6 weeks of program content.

2.4 Alternative Membership Options

Clients who select the $67/month or $697/year options shall be charged immediately upon enrollment and automatically on a recurring basis according to the selected frequency (monthly or annually), until canceled pursuant to Section 4.

2.5 Free Trial, Payment Authorization, and Automatic Billing

From time to time, Sugar Ain’t Sweet Academy (“Company”) may offer a 7-day free trial promotion (“Trial Period”). To enroll in the Trial Period, You are required to provide valid payment information at the time of registration.

The Trial Period begins on the date of enrollment and lasts for seven (7) consecutive days. Unless You cancel Your subscription prior to the end of the Trial Period, Your payment method will be automatically charged on the seventh (7th) day for the applicable program or subscription selected, and Your paid enrollment will begin immediately thereafter.

It is Your responsibility to cancel prior to the charge date if You do not wish to continue beyond the Trial Period. Failure to cancel before the Trial Period ends will result in automatic billing, and access to the full program will be granted according to the Academy’s standard onboarding and start schedule.

All payments processed at or after the conclusion of the Trial Period are final and non-refundable, in accordance with the Company’s No Refund Policy. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any charges incurred due to failure to cancel prior to the Trial Period ending.

By enrolling in the Trial Period, You acknowledge and agree that You understand:
(a) payment information is required at sign-up;
(b) charges occur automatically unless You cancel in advance; and
(c) all charged amounts are non-refundable.

3. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By providing payment information to the Company, Client expressly authorizes the Company to:

Charge the provided payment method for the applicable enrollment fee, membership fee, or subscription fee as described in Section 2;
Automatically process recurring charges on the specified billing schedule; and
Retain payment information securely for the purpose of managing future transactions related to the selected program or membership.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel recurring billing at any time via the following Customer Portal:

https://rochelletparks.samcart.com/customer_hub/login will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

5. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO THE COMPANY ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes, without limitation:

One-time program enrollment fees
Monthly membership fees
Annual membership fees

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Client dissatisfaction with the program
Failure to participate or complete the program
Scheduling conflicts
Perceived lack of results
Accidental or duplicate purchases

Once a payment is processed, it is deemed earned in full and is not eligible for reversal or reimbursement.

6. ENROLLMENT & ACCESS TIMING POLICY

This is a powerful 6-week transformational experience designed to help you break free from sugar addiction, renew your health, and thrive.To ensure that every participant receives the full benefit of the program, we have a firm policy regarding start dates and access:

Program Start Policy

Your program officially begins once you receive portal access, not necessarily when you start watching the lessons. The content is "dripped out" over time—this means new modules are automatically released weekly over a 6-week period, rather than all at once.

This structure is intentional:

It helps avoid overwhelm,
Keeps you on track,
And ensures you have time to implement each phase step by step.

If you need to delay your start and have not yet accessed the portal, please contact us before logging in, and we can pause your start.

Pause Policy Once Access Begins

Once you’ve accessed the portal and the weekly content begins releasing, we cannot pause or stop your access.

The system automatically releases the content each week based on your enrollment date and this schedule cannot be adjusted once it begins.

Pausing mid-program will:

Disrupt the content release schedule
Impact your learning flow
Result in unlocked content even if you haven’t completed prior lessons

This system is designed to ensure all clients stay on a guided, progressive learning path.

Mid-Program Breaks & Access via Inner Circle

If life happens and you need to step away during the Academy, you are welcome to take a break on your own time. Please note: the portal will continue releasing content in the background.If you continue into the Inner Circle after your initial 6 weeks, you will receive ongoing access to the full Academy curriculum inside the Academy Vault within the Mastery Portal. This allows you to revisit and complete the program at your own pace without losing access.

Summary

You may request a delayed start:

Only before portal access is delivered(typically the Sunday after your Friday orientation)
Once portal access begins, pausing is not allowed
Inner Circle members will have continued access to the Academy Vault for full curriculum review.

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing any product or membership listed in Section 1, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein and understands that:

All sales are final;
The Company does not issue refunds;
The Client is solely responsible for managing their membership and billing status.
